I always try to avoid middle-of-the-road restaurants; simply because home cooked food tastes most of the time much better than that.
So when I go out, I pretty much prefer to eat real good stuff.
And as an interior nerd, combining food with a great environment is even better!
However there is one restaurant in Eilat that doesn’t really have the looks, not even mentioning a cosy atmosphere. If I wouldn’t know how tasty the food was, I would definitely walk past it.
Asian fusion Noodles, curries & sushi are on the menu and this time I tried the “Orange Thai Curry” out of the rice section. Well.. just in one word “DEVINE”.
Everything freshly made in front of your eyes with the freshest and finest ingredients. That sound so simple right…

The old OVDA airport closed their gates on April 1st 2019
No announcements yet for a winter schedule after two silent years during the pandemic but we are hoping for change in the winter of 2022/2023!
With an “always-on” lifestyle there are days that you want to slow down when arriving at your new travel destination. Spending time in nature usually relaxes us and as for me the Red Sea is one of the best places to do so. A few weeks ago I was invited to join a little sunset sail trip. We took off from the Eilat Marina and had such a relaxing time. At sea It always reminds me how little we need. Surrounded by mountains while listening to the moving sound of water I even felt like a sailor for a little while. How cool is that…
If you don’t like large party boats with loud music & BBQ’s but soft tunes & healthy fresh fruits this small-scale Sunset Sail is fun and a great way to slow down 😀
